Subscribe & Save Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in "Subscribe & Save," or, "Subscription," you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") governing our Subscribe & Save subscription ordering program ("Subscribe & Save"). Please note that your use of the FleaTickWorm.com website or mobile app is also governed by our Terms of Use, which include an arbitration agreement, and Privacy Policy as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the FleaTickWorm.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order and enrolling in our Subscribe & Save program, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FleaTickWorm Limited (and, with respect to prescription products, FleaTickWorm) relating to our Subscribe & Save program. Please read these Terms carefully.

Benefits

When you purchase product(s) on FleaTickWorm.com and enroll in our Subscribe & Save program, you are signing up for recurring shipments of your chosen products. You can customize the frequency of these deliveries to suit your needs. You have the flexibility to change your delivery schedule (including one-time adjustments), shipping address, payment information, and the products included in your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time.

Additionally, when you purchase products marked as "Subscribe & Save" eligible and enroll in Subscribe & Save for those products, you will receive an additional discount on our already competitive prices.

FleaTickWorm.com reserves the right to modify Subscribe & Save benefits at any time, including discount percentages and the criteria determining discount eligibility. However, FleaTickWorm.com will not change the price of your next scheduled shipment after you've authorized the order as outlined in these Terms. Certain offer details (such as price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges) may change over time as you continue your subscription. Subscriptions are valid while supplies last.

Notifications; Automatic Order Creation; Order Changes or Cancellation

When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in our Subscribe & Save program, you will receive a confirmation notice that your Subscribe & Save subscription has been created and your first order will be processed. Your selected payment method will be charged immediately for this first order. After that, your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically generate new orders based on your chosen delivery schedule, until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time through the Subscribe & Save manager section in Your Account or by contacting Customer Service at info@fleatickworm.com.

For each subsequent Subscribe & Save order, you'll receive a pre-shipment email reminder up to 72 hours before your selected ship date. This email will include your upcoming shipment details, item(s) and price(s), available time window for order changes, and the scheduled ship date. You can edit or cancel your order between the time you receive this reminder and 12:00 AM the day before your designated ship date.

If you do not cancel the order before the day prior to your ship date, your order will be authorized. At this time, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your chosen payment method. You'll see this as a pending charge while we prepare your order. There's no need to call or update information online when you see this pending charge.

Credit Card Authorizations and Charges

When you enroll in Subscribe & Save for recurring shipments, you expressly agree to allow FleaTickWorm.com to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. The amount of each charge will be determined as described below. FleaTickWorm.com will submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without needing additional authorization from you. You can cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription or change your payment method at any time.

Approximately 24 hours before your scheduled ship date, we'll authorize your order. This means a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your chosen payment method. Once your order is processed, your payment method will be charged the full authorized amount.

Important Note: A payment authorization hold is not an actual charge. For example, if a $49 hold is placed on January 1st, and your payment method is charged the full $49 on January 2nd when the order ships, you will only see one charge for $49 reflected on your payment method. However, an authorization hold may temporarily reduce the available credit on your card.

Pricing; Payment; Renewal; Cancellation

The final price you'll be charged for an Subscribe & Save item will be reflected in your pre-shipment email notification. If the price on our site is lower at the time your order is authorized, you'll automatically receive the lower price. Your chosen payment method will be billed once your order ships. The total cost of each Subscribe & Save order includes the item price (minus any Subscribe & Savediscount or other applicable discounts), plus any relevant shipping charges and sales tax. If you have a credit balance on your FleaTickWorm.com account, it may be applied to your order before charging your payment method. The charge for each Subscribe & Save shipment will be billed to the payment method you selected when setting up your subscription. If we cannot process your order with this payment method, we may charge another valid payment method on your FleaTickWorm account or contact you to provide an alternative method.

Your Subscribe & Save subscription continues until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the Subscribe & Save Manager section in Your Account or by contacting Customer Service at info@fleatickworm.com.

Agreement Changes

FleaTickWorm.com reserves the right to modify these Terms, including any related terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements found on the FleaTickWorm.com website. We may make these changes at our discretion and without prior notice. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that specific part will be severed. However, this does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.

By continuing to use our Subscribe & Save program after any changes are made to these Terms, you agree to accept those changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription(s).

Additional Terms

FleaTickWorm.com reserves the right to terminate your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) at any time, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice. If this occurs, you will only be charged for orders that have already been shipped. Your Subscribe & Save subscription is for your personal use only. You may not assign or transfer your subscription or its associated benefits to any third party without our express authorization. All Subscribe & Save returns are subject to FleaTickWorm.com's standard Return Policy. Subscribe & Save subscriptions are void in areas where prohibited by law.
