Returns Policy

If the product you ordered isn't suitable—whether due to a mistake in ordering or a change of mind—you can return items within 30 days, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product via courier.

If you would like to request a return or replacement, please send us a message with your order number.

If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

FleaTickWorm.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, FleaTickWorm.com does not take title to the refunded item.
